Purpose of the Fundraiser
The proceeds from the Charity Car Wash fundraiser were raised towards the purchase and development of a permanent home for the Ummah Center Masjid and Community Centre.
The Ummah Center aims to provide:
- A permanent place of worship for daily prayers and Islamic activities.
- Facilities for Jumu'ah prayers and religious gatherings.
- A venue for celebrating Islamic festivals, including Eid events.
- Educational programmes for children, youth and adults.
- Community development and welfare activities.
- A welcoming environment for families and individuals to gather, learn and strengthen community bonds.
